Junior Obstacle Session - May School Holidays!

Open to all abilities between the ages of 8-14.
This session will cover all the areas we work on during our weekly session including; Hanging, Jumping, Balance, Carry and Full Body Obstacles, as well as looking at the Strength and Fitness to help with progress.

Build a solid OCR Base at The P.T Barn!

During this School Holidays session we will have more time to train a range of Drills and Skills. As these progress we will start to build them into longer flows/obstacles.

This is also the perfect opportunity to head down to one the U.K’s number 1 OCR Training Facility and train on our HUGE variety of obstacles.
