Junior Foodies is a vibrant and engaging playgroup designed for children aged . Our mission is to nurture a love for healthy eating and culinary creativity in young children through fun, hands-on activities.
What We Offer:
🍎 Interactive Cooking Classes
Children learn to prepare simple, nutritious snacks and meals with the guidance of our experienced instructors. These classes are tailored to be age-appropriate, ensuring safety and fun.
🎨 Creative Food Art
We encourage creativity by letting kids transform fruits, vegetables, and other healthy ingredients into edible art. This not only makes eating fun but also helps develop fine motor skills.
📚 Story Time & Food Education
Each session includes story time featuring books about food, nutrition, and cooking. We also teach kids about different ingredients, where they come from, and their nutritional benefits.
