Come and escape from the outside world and elevate yourself in our indoor playground!We will start with some basic fundamental skills for a safe and supportive practice. Then we will explore the aerial hammock and get introduced to what you can do with this apparatus. There are so many aerial acrobatics and fun moves that we will be learn during this 75 minute workshop. There will some time set aside for some freestyle and play!
The sky is the limit in this class, with the endless amount of poses that we can learn and explore!
