Join us for our Junior Chef Summer Cooking Club! Wk 2

Each Thursday throughout August we will teach you to make and bake tasty recipes you can impress your family and friends with!


Week Two - Thursday 8th August - Katsu Chicken Strips with Fluffy Rice and Curry Sauce

£25 per session

£100 if you book all five (please email: [email protected])

Suitable for ages 10 and upwards (anyone under the age of 13 must have an accompanying adult over 18 with them)

Wk 3: Thursday 15th August - Mini Arancini, Tomato & Basil Sauce, Strawberry Tiramisu

Wk 4: Thursday 22nd August - Flaky Sausage Rolls, Rocky Rd Chocolate Pots

Wk 5: Thursday 29th August - Savoury Breakfast Muffins & Mini Banana loaves

Our Summer Holiday Cooking Club classes have been specially designed to introduce kids to different flavours and tastes from around the world and get confident with cooking. Each class will begin with a full demonstration, then you’ll get hands-on with peeling, chopping, slicing and mixing! Each session will have a variety of different recipes. All sessions will be creative, fun, family-friendly and best of all you can either eat your goodies straight away or take them home to share!

Skills taught:

Following recipes and weighing ingredients

Chopping, slicing and dicing

Whisking, creaming, crumbing & layering… just a few!

What’s included:

All tuition, recipes and ingredients, you will be provided with an apron to wear in class and you can decide if you want to eat what you’ve made… or take some home and share with the family!

Induction hobs are used in the Community Kitchen so we advise any guests with pacemakers to check with their GP before attending

We ask that if you have suffered with any of the following conditions in the week before attending you notify us and accept that you may need to change or cancel your booking:

Skin rash or other skin conditions/Diarrhoea, vomiting or other bowel disorders/Sore throat, fever or other viral conditions/any current Covid-19 symptoms or positive Covid-19 test in household
