This session will be a 3-hour expereince desiged to practive in person in a group setting. There wil also be a social hour componetn tot his event with an end time of 1pm.

In response to the overwhelming interest and the powerful impact of practicing in unity, I'm thrilled to announce a special Wim Hof Group Session designed specifically for our returning and new students. More practice, group setting, more live music and drumming.
This isn't just any session; we're elevating the experience to new heights with more live music, drumming, gong meditation, and advanced techniques for a deeper exploration into the Wim Hof Method.
