Juneteenth Live Music Showcase

Join Urban Sanctuary and DZIRAE GOLD & friends in our courtyard space for Juneteenth weekend. Come together in community, enjoy some music in the old Harlem of the West, in the Five Points Neighborhood.

Juneteenth celebrates the day African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom two years after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Celebrated in cities across the country, Denver is home to the Juneteenth Music Festival, a dynamic community event which annually attracts 50,000 people. In 2021, Juneteenth was recognized as a commemorative holiday by Denver City Council.

DZIRAE GOLD is a Denver based Soul Singer-Songwriter. Her sultry vocals have been described as "smooth as liquid gold" that shines and shimmers both on the jazz classics of yesterday and the Pop Hits of tomorrow. Devan Blake Jones

Devan Blake Jones is a Colorado raised singer songwriter, recently a top contestant on season 20 of The Voice. Performing in Denver for over a decade, he has performed at Red Rocks twice, Billie Holiday’s Centennial celebration and more.
