Juneteenth Health First Fair -Sponsorships Available

Open Arms Food Pantry and Resource Center will host the Annual Juneteenth x Health First Fair within Los Angeles in June 22 2024 from 10am to 3pm in remembrance of Emancipation of the Enslaved official holiday. We could not have thought of a more progressive way to support one of our most vulnerable marginalized groups of aged constituents of Los Angeles through immediate access to care and preventative measures for this years event. We will host several onsite activations that include: Red Cross Blood Drive, Optometry care for no cost eye glasses, Breast Screenings, Mobile Clinics onsite, Referrals and onsite incontinence support along with food/ housing resources. We are seeking partners that align with our mission of serving the aged that often are overlooked and experience adverse challenges that include; immobility, hunger, dexterity deterioration, low participation rates to specialized services including digital connectivity and health access to prevent chronic diseases.
