Since its inception, our Freedom Ride has been a celebration of liberation! We invite all cyclists who resonate with this spirit to grab pump up the tires on your bicycle and join us for an enjoyable ride that promotes Black excellence, Juneteenth, and safe cycling in one of the world's best cities.

The Juneteenth Freedom Day Ride brings cyclists from all over Southern California together to celebrate the holiday with a ride through central Los Angeles, showcasing historical African American sites. Bring out your road bike, fixie, mountain bike, hybrid, e-bike or anything inbetween. The ride concludes at the Leimert Park Juneteenth festival, featuring live music, food trucks, vendors, and more.
