About Urban Sanctuary

Urban Sanctuary is the only black owned yoga + wellness studio in Denver, Colorado. Offering 60+ classes per week in-person and virtually and workshops, the studio operates with connecting community at top of mind.

In a nutshell, We are home; comfy, cozy and compassionate. Our mission is to support the ever-evolving growth of the wellness community through purpose, education, and Love.

Just as the Lotus flower, We have built something beautiful from the ashes and dust of a prior story. This is what we want to share with you. An opportunity to be a part of something bigger than us all; a space to share Your gifts with others.

The Urban Sanctuary is just the beginning of what the world needs: Love in the form of the Divine Feminine. We welcome You.

Black + Blossomed was created with the foundation that flowers are healing and have the potential to brighten anyone's day. Each arrangement is hand-crafted with love and accompanied by a special message of empowerment by the florist. The shop includes a flower bar where you can make your own arrangements, custom flower orders, and gifts. Flowers are our love language so whatever you want to communicate, hit us up and we will be happy to bless your space or people in your life with some floral magic.
