In this hour-long conversation with local African American Buddhist practitioners Doug Yarn and Erica Richardson we will explore how the African American experience and the power of meditation can coexist leading to mental liberation through the power of meditation. During the conversation, Doug and Erica will discuss the significance of Juneteenth; what Buddhism says about liberation, equality, meditation and freedom leading to a better world for ourself and others.
