Come join us as we celebrate Juneteenth, one of America’s oldest holidays that is observed each year on June 19th to mark the official end of slavery in the US.
1 -7:30 pm There will be local vendors selling home made goods and food options will be available this year!! Enjoy good ole summer sounds from DJ Lee Groove!! The local NAACP will have a resource table alongside the AKA Sorority, Humana and the Erie County Health Departments mobile unit!!
Explore the Black History exhibit walk from the Sandusky Library.
3-5 PM Underground Railroad Tours with
Firelands Adventure Tours
Tours leave every 30 minutes. Sign up day at the event at the
Sandusky Rec Table. Limited spaces available.
