From Captivity to Freedom: A Juneteenth film + discussion exploring the legacy of Black Muslim slaves and the fight for liberation
About this Event

Join us for The Black American Narrative: Intersections of Islam, Black Americans, and Collective Liberation — an engaging afternoon exploring the connections between Islam, Black American history, resistance, and liberation through film screenings, guided discussion, and an action-oriented workshop led by AFRO.
Pizza will be served (first come first serve), and there will be space for open dialogue, learning, and connection. This is a night to honor our ancestors, celebrate our survival, and recommit to collective liberation.
