About the facilitator:
Hello everyone, and welcome. My name is Elizabeth, and I am passionate about creating supportive spaces for wellbeing through mindfulness and yoga.
I am a professional Spanish interpreter with many years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in health, community, and wellbeing settings. Alongside my professional work, I have trained in Mindfulness Meditation and Yin Yoga, practices that deeply inspire my approach to teaching and self-care.
More recently, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), which allowed me to further integrate movement, breath, and mindful awareness into my classes. My teaching style focuses on creating a calm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore yoga at their own pace.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
