Join us for our 2nd Wellness Weekend of the market season on Saturday, June 13, 8AM to Noon!On Wellness Weekends we partner with the Liberty Community Health Action Team - LCHAT and many other local organizations that host physical and mental health activities, wellness checks, and other supportive community offerings during our market day.
🥕 We hand out 150 FREE $5 tokens to use at that week's market! Visit the info booth on Main St, near the corner of Kansas and Main.
Our children's area, the Little Sprouts Corner, will have two hosts:
🩻 Smith Elite Chiropractic: they are dedicated to helping individuals and families heal naturally through chiropractic care focused on nervous system health. Serving patients of all ages—from newborns to great-great-grandparents—the practice provides personalized, family-centered care designed to help each person thrive and live their best life. Smith Elite Family Chiropractic also has a special focus on supporting neurodivergent children and their families, creating a welcoming environment for those navigating unique developmental and sensory challenges.
🌱 Enthriven: offers personalized wellness support through functional nutrition counseling, focusing on gut health, healing through food, and sustainable lifestyle changes. They will lead engaging, hands-on nutrition activities for children, including a "Build a Plate for Energy" activity where kids create balanced meals using food pictures while learning about protein, healthy fats, fiber, and supportive carbohydrates. She will also offer a "Meet Your Gut Bugs" activity that introduces children to beneficial digestive microbes and the foods that help them flourish, along with nutrition-themed coloring pages.
