June Swing Theory | Learn how to dance Charleston!

All throughout June, our instructors will be bringing in new material for you to try out on the dance floor. Whether you’ve never danced before or you want to dive deeper into your technique, musicality, and connection, we want to see you out on the dance floor with us!

***NEW PROGRESSIVE LESSON SERIES THIS MONTH***
Beginner Charleston | Savannah & Joseph
This month’s progressive series will focus on energetic, stylish Charleston! You will learn the basic step for Charleston, as well as moves to dance in partnership. This class is appropriate if you’ve never learned Charleston before, and will also be a good fit if you need a refresher or want to build your vocabulary. Charleston is a great tool for dancing to up-tempo songs, exploring the mechanics of connecting with a partner, and experiencing a style slightly different from Lindy Hop.
Note: While you are welcome to drop into the classes, to get the most out of this series, we *highly* recommend attending all 3 weeks as the material will build on itself from week to week.
