June Magical Mindfulness Meet Up

This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.

It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

June we will be working with some butterfly energy 🦋 we will be doing some colourful salt butterfly images for the sensory part of the session, we will be making a wiggly caterpillar fidget 🐛 and we will be enjoying a guided meditation around the theme of the chrysalis 💜🧘🏼‍♀️💜
