About this Event
The panel will explore various roles that attorneys may take on in family court matters. This includes taking Guardian ad Litem appointments and acting as Parent Coordinator, Mediator, Arbitrator, or Mediator-Arbitrator. They will discuss the requirements for serving in such capacities and how such services can offer benefits to children and families in conflict.
The panel:
Katie Harrell is the managing partner of Stafford Rosenbaum, LLP, in Madison. Attorney Harrell has been in practice since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008.
Megan Stoltz is a solo practitioner located in Monona. Attorney Stoltz earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Sara Vanden Brook is a director at The Law Center for Children & Families, in Madison. Attorney Vanden Brook earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008.
