Raised on the sounds of Stevie Wonder and Etta James, she brings a modern twist to timeless influences, blending bluesy, heartfelt vocals with the raw, relatable storytelling of artists like Paolo Nutini. June’s voice is as warm as the month she’s named after – unique and distinctive with bluesy undertones. Her sound transcends genres, touching on Indie Folk, Soul, Blues and Americana while aiming to bring back music from the “good old days.” Whether solo or fronting her band, June’s live performances are built on connection, sharing stories from the heart leaving audiences captivated by something that sounds new yet comfortingly familiar…
June had a fantastic 2025 packed with performances across the UK topped by a career defining moment, opening the Truck Festival Main Stage performing alongside Bloc Party, Blossoms, CMAT, Kasabian, Natasha Bedingfield and more. After a successful crowd funding campaign June has launched straight into 2026 creating new music! Having just recorded her debut EP "Out of the Darkness Into the Light" she is delighted to bring her new material to The Globe in Newcastle for her headline debut with special guests Charlie Floyd and Hels Pattison!

Charlie Floyd
Charlie Floyd is a 24 year old independent Artist, Singer-Songwriter and Producer. Floyd’s debut EP release saw a string of festival appearances and 3 sold out headline shows in 2025. Now returning with a new refined sound on lead single and stripped back ballad ‘Stay’, Floyd is setting out for a year of releases and gigs to build upon the community and audience formed through self-run events at Oxygenic in Whitley Bay. Fusing a Rock / Indie songwriting background with a modern approach to production stemming from influences such as Tyler, The Creator, Steve Lacy, Gorillaz and more, Floyd offers a fresh sound to the North East music scene. Live gigs consist of a dynamic set with melody and groove galore.
Hels Pattison
Hels Pattison is a UK Americana artist based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Blending traditional country soul with a raw contemporary edge, she has quickly become a standout voice in the North East. Fresh from a UK tour celebrating the release of her debut EP, Hels has brought honest, heart-on-her-sleeve songwriting to stages across the country, cementing her reputation as a captivating live performer. Her single On the Horizon was praised by Shakk from BBC Introducing as “powerful, dramatic and honestly magnificent”. Meanwhile, NARC Magazine prescribed Merry-Go-Round as the “perfect piece to listen to while basking in the glow of the summer sun”. Hels has sold out The Engine Room, opened This is South Tyneside Festival to 10,000 people, and performed in the legendary Glasshouse as part of the BBC Introducing series. She has also supported the likes of Toploader, Liam Fender, Burr Island, and The Often Herd.
