It's about to be June before we know it so what better time than now to learn how to paint roses with watercolor.
June is my birthday month and it's also the 1 year Anniversary for HuArt so we're going to have lots of fun surprises at this class including a handful of giveaways!!
There are so many techniques and varied shapes to painting roses so let's take a full class to learn them. Once you learn how to paint the delicate petals of a rose you can take that practice with you to paint other flowers like Gardenias, Peonies, Begonias and so many more. We will also learn how to paint a number of leaf variations to add into our composition. I can't wait to teach this class because I know you're going to absolutely love to learn how to paint roses!
I'll teach you a number of different petal shapes with watercolor techniques, we'll practice for the first half of class and then paint our rose study on a finished piece on archival, 140lb watercolor paper. I'll assist you along the way and we'll have extra paper for those of you who have time to keep practicing. All supplies and instruction will be included AND a free drink from Island Lake Inn!
