All ages and abilities are invited to flow with us! We’ll start slow with guided movements to warm up and connect in with basic stretches and familiar shapes. Music will help guide our journey as we flow into dance. Explore what it’s like to move in new ways with plenty of time for play and free dance. Some dance toys will be shared, and you’re welcome to bring your own too! Alexandra is a mother and special education teacher with ABA training.The space is large and private. Class will move inside the studio if it’s rainy. Check IG and FB for updates.

*** HOW TO FIND US ***
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out.
We will be on top of the parking garage (Level 5). Restroom inside Founded. In case of rain, class will move into our beautiful studio. Reach out in advance if you need arrival instructions for the studio.
