We will be meeting at the Lion's Shelter in the Sycamore Park District Sports Complex off of Airport Road.The world is opening up and we are going back to in-person monthly meetings. But that isn't the only change coming to our monthly meeting to make them a little more fun!!
First, we will be there an hour before the business meeting with refreshments and conversation so please join us starting at 6:00 pm.
We will be holding a political book exchange at each meeting, if you have a book you have finished bring it along for someone else and take home your next read!
Once our meeting begins at 7:00 pm we will be starting with short presentations on the history of PRIDE and Juneteenth followed by our regular meeting business.
We will be having a door prize drawing for all of those attending the meeting, bring a friend and you and your guest will get an extra entry.
All Democrats are welcome to attend our meetings and we want to do whatever we can to make your attendance possible. If there is something we can do please let us know.
We are also looking into adding childcare for our meetings, if this is something you would be interested in using please email Kori at [email protected] so we know how many kids to expect.
We look forward to seeing you all in person and getting to work on turning DeKalb County blue!
