Welcome to the June 2nd Soil To Soul Dinner!

Come join us for a delightful evening filled with delicious food, live music by local legend, Dan Costello, and good company at Zee's Rooftop. Indulge in a farm-to-table dining experience featuring 10-12 unique dishes that nourishes both the body and the soul. Let's celebrate the connection between the soil that grows our food and the joy it brings to our hearts.

Our guest speaker, Jon Clark from Earthcraft Construction, will share with us about sustainable building in the Treasure Valley, including some unique examples of Straw Bale homes they've produced locally.
The NA pairings for this dinner will be from the master mixologists at Free Spirit Beverage Company.
As always we will have gut-friendly ferments from The Good Food Farmacy.
Sourcing from local farmers, ranchers, and producers, and always seed oil free!
