The DUI Victim Impact Panel provides individuals convicted of impaired driving or related offenses the opportunity to hear directly from victims and survivors whose lives have been impacted by impaired driving. Through personal stories and experiences, the panel highlights the real and lasting consequences of these choices with the goal of encouraging accountability and preventing future offenses.

Panel Location: Broadway Autopark, 303 S. Broadway, Suite 121, Wichita, KS 67202- Located on the ground floor of Broadway Autopark on the southwest corner of English and Broadway.

Cost of attendance: $95.00 per person. 100% of these funds support victims and survivors of DUI crashes in the state of Kansas and strengthening our prevention education, public awareness initiatives, community partnerships, and law enforcement collaborations working to reduce impaired driving across Kansas.

Registration: Pre-registration and prepayment is requested.

RESCHEDULING: Must be done by contacting our office at (316)768-2096. Attendees who reschedule will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee.

NO REFUNDS: If you have not rescheduled within 90 days, your fee will expire. You will be issued a donation receipt. Future reservations will be an additional $95.00.

NO ADMITTANCE AFTER SCHEDULED START TIME. Doors open and check-in begins 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. The panel lasts 1.5 hours and ends by dismissal. There is no food, drink, tobacco products, or vaping allowed.

PARKING: PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE. Street and public parking are available.

Our speakers are volunteers, generously giving their time to share their experiences with our community. To receive proof of attendance, full attention is required throughout the session. Please remain seated and refrain from eating, drinking, talking, sleeping, or using tobacco or vaping products. All cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off before the session begins.

• You are expected to be respectful to security, volunteers, staff, our facilitator, and our victim speakers.

• Those found to be disruptive or disrespectful will be removed from the panel. Their probation officer will be notified, their prepaid attendance fees will become a donation to the agency, and they will be charged a full reservation fee of $95 to attend a future panel.

• Anyone checking in with an odor of alcohol on their breath, or visibly impaired will not be admitted. They will be asked to reschedule. Proof of Attendance:

Certificates of completion are issued weekly and are sent to the email address that you have provided no later than the Monday following the panel date you attend. If your certificate is not received, please check your junk mail folder before contacting the agency at (316)768-2096. Reports are sent to court contacts for which we have information.

Inclement Weather: If it is determined that it is unsafe for in person attendees, participants will be contacted to reschedule at no charge.
