Find your flow in the fresh air! Join us for Pilates on the Green, a community-focused outdoor mat class designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and kickstart your day with energy.

Tickets are FREE but spots are limited so make sure to sign up!

Location: Avondale Estates Town Green, right in the heart of town.

Parking is available behind the Avondale Arts Center and street parking is available around the perimeter of the Town Green.

Please bring your own mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely.
