Join me for an afternoon of making Rainbow Cookies at Soule' Culinary and Art Studio-800 Ocean Rd. Point Pleasant, NJ 12 pm June 26thJune 26th 12 pm ***This is an Afternoon Class) For all ages
Rainbow Cookie Class
This is a great recipe to have and use all the time. Perfect for all ages.
Everyone will be learning:
*How to scale the recipe
*Proper Mixing
*Divide the batter
*Coloring the Base Batter
*How to use and off set spatula
*Baking/Timing/Flipping the layers
*Filling the layers, Finishing the layers with Chocolate Ganache and Coating Chocolate.
*How to cut them, properly
They are filled with a Raspberry Filling. These little beauties are full of flavor and so pretty. We will split up the Cookies to bring home and share.
