June '23 Event - The Commodore John Rodgers School

Happy June!

For this month's event we will be working with the team at Commodore John Rodgers School to assist with some important projects around their temporary location, where they'll be for the next couple of years while their current building is replaced.

How exciting for this school and its students! The school's slogan is "Commodore to College—100% for 100%." and if there's any group that knows about giving 100%, it's VU volunteers.

We'll be lending a hand with things like demolition, painting, classroom and school material organization, landscaping, and more. There's something for everyone this month!

Afterparty will be at Mobtown Brewing -- we hope to see you there to celebrate all of your hard work!
