June 2026 Drop-In Social Mahjong

Join us for a fun afternoon of Mahjong with the Victoria Mahjong Club! Our June location is the friendly and fantastic Fernwood Inn. We met here in April and we thought it was excellent. There's no admission fee but I highly recommend enjoying their delicious food and drink to reward them for hosting us. The Fernwood Inn is an all-ages venue.

As always, all skill levels welcome. We primarily play Hong Kong-style Mahjong but we have rules and equipment for other Asian styles such as Riichi or Sichuan Bloody Rules.
If this is your first time joining us, let us know and we can run through a beginner session with you. We do recommend watching the following two videos to develop a basic understanding of the game – it makes it a lot quicker to get into playing.
