We move beyond the basics to focus on strategic "vision," perfecting the block-and-peel defensive transition, and expanding your offensive shot arsenal through high-repetition drills. By combining sand-specific explosive conditioning with advanced tactical training in court geometry and wind management, players will sharpen their competitive IQ and build the stamina needed to dominate high-stakes match play.
