Come swing dance with JUMPTOWN SWING to LIVE MUSIC this Wednesday November 6th - we're Madison's home for Lindy Hop, Charleston, and Balboa!For one night only, Jumptown welcomes Cheerful Jazz Music with Damian J Project to Aubergine, 1226 Williamson Street.
Jorge Gomez and Damian J. Sanchez have been playing traditional jazz together for over ten years, starting back in 2013 with the group Trad305. Though they now lead their own groups in different parts of the country, tonight provides as opportunity for a super group made for dancers only!
(This week we will be at Aubergine right next door to Café CODA, giving us the space to welcome our special musical guests).
A 20-minute beginner-friendly lesson will start promptly at 8pm.
The event is 18+ friendly. A cover of $20 is requested, payable by cash or card to Jumptown (in the back room).
