Join PAPÚUL Studios to create your own Jumping Luchador Puppet!

Luchadores (Mexican Wrestlers) have the most unique outfits, to reflect their persona and identity. Bring your wrestling alter-ego to life by designing your own paper luchador, and animate it using a simple mechanical system.

This workshop is recommended for ages 8+, parental supervision is allowed if you'd like to lend a hand.

Ticket price is per child (and includes guardian).

When she had to plan her daughter’s sixth birthday, a piñata was a must. A party is not a party without a piñata! and I finally had enough space to do a traditional whacking. Her daughter requested Totoro piñata which was impossible to find, so she had to make it happen. She decided to make my first piñata.

Karen fell in love with cartoneria (paper mache art) and started to learn more about the art, like traditional techniques, uses in the Mexican artisan work, and how current materials have been applied to this craft throughout the years. This is how PAPUUL was created.
