Every community, no matter the size, has individuals that need mental health support. In the first Jump Start workshop of the spring, we’ll tackle this topic with the help of friends and experts working in this area. Together we’ll answer the questions:• How can my church walk alongside those experiencing grief or trauma?
• How can my church support the mental health of young people?
• How can my church support the mental health and wellbeing of our community?
