Jump-start is an on-going event.

Learning from the best and most knowledgeable in each market and office is not only in the culture of the company, but also goes back to our fundamentals of being a learning and education based company.

Teaching agents to buy/ sell is not the only thing we will focus on in this series. The series will also bring laser focus to: running a business, time and money management, as well as goal setting and the next steps - once you get there.

Each class will have you engaged in Real Estate activities where you will actively work on lead generation, working in and on your business, as well as learning how to service your customers.Objectives of the class:

1. Build your career with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tools and systems.

2. Do daily lead generation activities to build a habit that will not only sustain, but grow your business over time.

3. Learn scripts, which allow you to know what to say in every situation with a profound confidence.
