Looking for a new way to move, sweat, and have fun? Join us for our indoor Jump Rope Workshop at Rooted Movement! It's perfect for all fitness levels, especially beginners and intermediates. No experience is needed. Just bring your energy and get ready to learn!
What’s in Store:
- Learn Fun Tricks: Boost coordination and balance as you master jump rope techniques.
- Partner Drills: Team up for exercises that challenge your endurance and skills.
- Endurance & Rhythm: Progress through footwork for a smooth, steady jump.
When: December 6th, 6:00-7:30 pm
Where: Rooted Movement
Cost: $10 for members, $25 for non-members (includes your jump rope!)
