welcome to a body-based workshop in connection & presence
Have you ever jumped for a full hour?
Not to get somewhere.
Not to win something.
Just to jump — together.
Join us for an embodied exploration of rhythm, breath, movement, and connection through the simple act of jumping. Inspired by a powerful experience during my time at the theaterschool, this workshop is about more than just physical exercise. It's about what happens between human beings when we move in sync; both the interaction during the jumping-period and the after-effect are usually received as deepening, connecting and truly relaxing.

What to expect:
– a gentle group-check-in and warm-up to prepare body & mind
– 60+ minutes of continuous jumping in guided and freeform patterns
– A focus on breathing, eye contact, rhythm, and mutual presence
– Deep stillness and integration after the movement
– Time for reflection and sharing
No previous experience required. Just come as you are. This is a space to explore, play, and feel fully alive—together.
