Paul Panquerne is a seasoned and passionate man of God with roots in Louisiana and a heart anchored in Fort Worth, Texas, where he resides with his beloved wife, Kymbra. Married for 43 years, Paul and Kymbra are proud parents of four children and grandparents to six beautiful grandchildren.
For over two decades, Paul has been instrumental in shaping and supporting freedom-focused ministries across the nation. With more than 23 years of experience leading and developing transformative encounters, he has witnessed thousands of lives radically changed by the power of Jesus Christ. His heart beats for revival, restoration, and helping others walk in true identity and freedom.
Together, Paul and Kymbra steward Wounded Hearts Ministry, faithfully walking with broken, weary, and spiritually captive sons and daughters of God. Their mission is simple yet profound: to partner with God and other like-minded ministries to bring healing, hope, and the life-changing presence of the Holy Spirit to those who need it most.
Known affectionately as “Papa Bear,” Paul carries a father’s heart—firm in truth, gentle in spirit, and always ready to encourage, challenge, and uplift the Body of Christ.
