Spend a summer night at Twilight in the Gardens!
BYOBBS (Bring Your Own Booze, Blanket, and Snacks) and enjoy a live performance by Alternative/Indie Soul artist Tre. Charles in our sparkly mosaicked courtyard. Charles welcomes listeners into his world through a captivating mix of warm, soulful undertones, poignant lyrics, and emotive vocals. Be sure to check out our art tables as well, where local artist Sar will be helping us to create zines, a fun activity that blends several art forms such as poetry and collage. Participants will not only learn how to create their own zines but also explore different art therapy techniques designed to promote relaxation, self-reflection, and emotional well-being. Guests are encouraged to bring their own photographs or keepsakes to incorporate into their zines!
Guests can also enjoy self-guided tours of our rarely-seen mosaicked basement, and can be one of the first to see our latest exhibition, “After the Flowers Pass: Works by Amir Khadar.”
JULY SCHEDULE:
7:00 – 10:00 PM – Create zines with Sar
