July Twerk Dance & Fitness Classes, London for Beginners and Improvers

If you said 'YES PLEASE' to any of the questions above, then JiggleFiit twerk classes are perfect for you. Classes are on Mondays in Julu from 7.50pm - 8.50pm at Fitness First, The Strand.

Join me for 5 weeks of twerk classes focusing on 5 ways to move the booty over 5 weeks. Each week we'll cover one way to move in lots of positions. We'll cover foundations, techniques, transitions with workouts to help improve your flexibility, agility and cardio.

I'll break down the moves step by step so you can feel confident in having the foundations to keep progressing. These classes are perfect for beginners and improvers who want some variety

• Monday 1 July - Twerking up
• Monday 8 July - Twerking down and bouncing the booty
• Monday 15 July - Side to side, jiggling and puppy tail
• Monday 22 July - Whine like a Dancehall and Soca Queen
• Monday 29 July - Booty rolls and variations

About the teacher and classes

I'm a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualfied dance teacher. I teach fun dance wellness classes that explore the traditional African style (Mapouka) of moving your body called 'twerking'. You'll l earn twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall.

My classes celebrate movement, music and have an appreciation for Black culture. At the end of each class we finish on positive affirmations to leave you feeling empowered and energised. At JiggleFiit we believe that every body deserves to jiggle joyfully and without judgement
