Important Information
This gathering includes ceremony and teachings that may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, heat, smoke, and extended periods of sitting.
Participants are encouraged to take care of themselves and participate at their own comfort level.
We respectfully share guidance from Elders that women who are on their moon time are asked not to enter the lodge at this time. We honour this teaching as part of maintaining balance within ceremony.
If you have questions about participation or preparation, please feel welcome to contact organizers privately.
We ask all participants to come in a good way, with humility, respect, and openness.
