This isn’t just a sound bath, it is a ritual. Everything you experience from the moment you step into the yurt, and exit to head home has been curated by Hyun.
The evening begins with coming into full presence, together. She’ll guide you through some somatic tools to settle the mind and body. Next, you’ll have some moments to check in with yourself and your nervous system.
The flow begins and ends in song, using her voice to open and close the space. Between song, you’ll receive a gentle wash of sounds from the crystal bowls, gong, drums, and more.
To end, a bowl of tea to ground.
Mats, blankets, and eye masks are available at the studio. Please bring anything you might need to feel comfortable and arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
