July Sensory Friendly Movie Night at Camp Red Cedar

Who: Individuals that seek a sensory friendly atmosphere. We welcome family and friends to attend together. Individuals must be able to care for self. Parent/caretaker should attend if additional assistance is needed.

What: A sensory friendly movie will be playing. Call Camp Red Cedar for more details. Participants are able to walk about or even visit the sensory room.  Lights will be dimmed and sound will be lowered for a sensory friendly experience. 

Where: Camp Red Cedar, 3900 Hursh Rd.  

When: July 12th, 2023 --5pm doors open, showing starts 5:30-7:30pm

This event will be $5 at the door or $20/family. Participants are not obligated but have the option to give a donation online or in-person . All donations go to funding for future socials.

By completing this registration you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending events and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected with COVID-19 at events may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of my participant or others, including but not limited to, staff and other participants. The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that due to the nature of the facilities, services and programs offered by Camp Red Cedar.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that my child may experience or incur in connection with my participation in any event program (Claims”). On my behalf and on behalf of my participating child, family, spouse, and their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and personal representatives, I hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Camp Red Cedar and its affiliated companies and their respective employees, agents, directors, officers, and representatives of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Camp Red Cedar or its affiliated companies, their employees, agents, and representatives.

I agree that this Assumption of the Risk and Waiver/Release of Liability will be governed by the law of the State of Indiana and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by its laws and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY/RELEASE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENT APART FROM THE FOREGOING WRITTEN AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE. I AM AWARE THAT BY AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT I AM GIVING UP VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES FROM FWACO IN CASE OF ILLNESS, INJURY, OR DEATH FROM EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AT ANY PROGRAM. IF SIGNING ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD OR WARD, I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD OR WARD AND I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH CHILD OR WARD.
