This year our RRFF General Meeting (traditionally on the second Wednesday of each month) will be moved to Thursday, July 18th, and will be held at the RRFF Casting Pond in Dan Galvin Park, Santa Rosa. The event will start at 4 PM and will end when the last person leaves the Casting Pond.The club will set up the barbecues and provide hot dogs, sausages, chicken, potato salad, chips, soft drinks and water. You may bring any other beverages you may wish. This will be somewhat informal, and you do not need to bring anything to contribute...except for your fly rods and willingness to share in the camaraderie (and your own chair if you would like to sit down!)
Our Casting Pond is one of only four in the state dedicated exclusively to the practice of fly casting. Our volunteer instructors can help you fine-tune your casting abilities and learn new techniques.
