Let's get together for a vegan potluck on Thursday, July 25 at 6:30pm! This month's theme is fresh and fragrant HERBS. Think basil (pesto, anyone?), parsley (chimichurri, tabouli), cilantro (salsa), mint, dill, chives, thyme, lemongrass, etc. Don't let the theme stump you, though. ALL food is welcome, as long as it's 100% VEGAN. This means no meat, fish, butter, milk, chicken stock, honey, and the like. If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask!
Potlucks are open to everyone, vegan or not. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, and it's a child-friendly space as well. The purpose is to gather with others to enjoy an array of yummy foods made entirely from plants. Expect lively conversation, recipe sharing, and maybe a game or two. ;-)
We ask that you come with a generous amount of food and consider bringing extra if you have children or are attending as a group. We encourage you to label ingredients and share recipes!
In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, this is a WASTE-FREE EVENT. Kindly come with YOUR OWN UTENSILS, BOWL, PLATE, CLOTH NAPKIN, and drink. Let's use only reusable items—no paper or plastic, nothing that will end up in the trash.
