Come join me for a rejuvenating yoga session outdoors! Now that summer is in full swing let's get outside and embrace it. I'll guide you through a sequence of poses designed to help you connect with your breath, move your body, and most importantly, pause.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this outdoor class is perfect for everyone looking to stretch, strengthen, and flow.

Park all the way in the back of Kuliga and I'll meet you under the white shelter.
