The core of every brand is the ‘why’ that drives the business forward. 7-Eleven’s founder, Joe C. Thompson Jr., said it best: “Give the customers what they want, when and where they want it.” Not only does 7-Eleven provide the essentials, but they also serve as their customers’ “ingenious accomplice” – their trusty companion they can count on to take on the unpredictability of life. Join Dea Pennington, 7-Eleven’s Director of Internal & Operations Communications for a presentation about the importance of living the Brand’s purpose from the inside out. Get an inside look at how the world’s largest convenience store empowers Franchisees and Employees to take action to drive business results.
