This week at the Lake Harriet Bandshell we are hosting JULY FIGHTER, a rock group. The band name was born from a “summer‑anthem” mindset, aiming to capture the feeling of warm nights, loud guitars, and fighting for what matters. Your live shows are built like story arcs, with intentional pacing, emotional peaks, and seamless transitions—thanks to your meticulous set‑crafting. July Fighter blends modern rock with nostalgic hooks, giving audiences something that feels both fresh and familiar. The band is known for mixing originals with unexpected covers, keeping crowds guessing and engaged. Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
