July CSHRM Meeting - AI and Employee Engagement

Please join us for the CSHRM July meeting - Wednesday, July 22nd at the WSCC Workforce Training Center from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Lunch will be provided and will be available at 11:30 a.m.
Our speaker will be Tim Lingo, Sr. Director of HR, Missile Solutions - L3Harris, and the topic is: AI and Employee Engagement. Tim will provide an overview of how artificial intelligence is being used to support employee engagement across organizations - employee listening, sentiment analysis, learning and development, employee support, manager enablement, and workforce insights. The session also highlights examples of how L3Harris is using AI to improve access to information, support productivity, build workforce capability, and strengthen the overall employee experience. The presentation emphasizes responsible use of AI, including the importance of trust, governance, transparency, privacy, and human oversight.
