July Croonerista

Croonerista time is rolling around again, and this month your host, Brendan, has suggested the theme "Colours". So, start trawling through your memory banks for all those songs about the girl with blonde/black/red/brown hair, or the blue/grey/red sky, or the one about pink sails in the sunset. Maybe you have a song about rainbows, roses or the northern lights. Anything at all that mentions a colour will do. However, if you see the world in black and white, or if you live in a grey area, you are of course free to ignore the theme and regale us with whatever tickles your fancy.
And if you fancy a bit of fun, why not dress in something colourful. Check out the back of the wardrobe for that mad multi-coloured shirt/dress that you bought in the market in Spain years ago and haven't worn since. Or go up to the trunk in the attic and find the green, velvet, flared trousers that you inherited from your parents (I'm sure none of us are old enough to have actually bought such a garment ourselves!!). There will be a prize for the most colourful outfit.
