This months theme will be Nature. Mary Barr Rhodes will lead a peaceful guided meditation, followed by a relaxing sound bath from Sonya.
And of course, Debbie and Mike will prepare one of their delicious brunch spreads — the perfect treat to enjoy together as we connect, laugh, and lift each other up.
