Drawing on deep people insight and hands-on‑ case work, Melissa makes threat management feel human and doable. She’s passionate about making safety approachable, improving communication, and strengthening the partnership between HR and security. Melissa holds an MBA from the University of Washington and her law degree, with a focus on employment law and mediation, from the Seattle University School of Law.
