July 6PM - Reiki Healing Circle - Retford

Come together as a group once a month on a Sunday evening (4pm or 6pm) and enjoy some deep relaxation.
Each circle is different but each offers a wonderful, refreshing experience.
Take time for you, switch off, relax and heal.
From the moment you enter the hall and breathe in the atmosphere you can feel the tension leaving your body.
I use sight, sound and smells to appeal to all your senses whilst taking you on a guided meditation / relaxation exercise and sending reiki and sound healing out to the group.
Circles last around 60 - 90minutes
